Terms & Conditions — suhu79 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "suhu79" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the suhu79 online betting and gaming platform operated at suhu79.app, including all products, services, features, and promotional campaigns made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register a suhu79 account and who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.

• "Bonus Balance" — any promotional or bonus credit applied to your Account, which is subject to wagering requirements and distinct from your real-money balance until wagering conditions are satisfied.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by suhu79 under its player protection obligations, which may include submission of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must stake on qualifying games before a Bonus Balance (or winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 2.000.000 in qualifying stakes before withdrawal).

• Account updates. You must promptly notify suhu79 of any changes to your registered contact details. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay time-sensitive communications including security alerts and verification requests.

All financial transactions on suhu79 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (local bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Source of funds. All funds deposited into your suhu79 account must belong to you and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from credit cards or any form of credit facility are not supported.

• Minimum and maximum amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform. These amounts are subject to change and will be communicated through in-platform notifications where applicable.

suhu79 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on excluded game categories (typically live dealer tables and certain low-margin sports markets) do not contribute towards satisfying a wagering requirement unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Abuse and exploitation. suhu79 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a promotion has been exploited, including through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, or systematic arbitrage. In such cases, the affected account may be suspended permanently.
• Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the stated wagering window, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the suhu79 Platform. Product-specific rules (for example, rules governing mix parlay accumulators in the sportsbook, or table rules for specific live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) are available within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance. A bet is only accepted and binding when a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. Bets that fail to receive a confirmation due to technical error are not valid and any stake will be returned.

• Operating more than one suhu79 account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Domino QQ tables or live poker variants.
• Engaging in money laundering or using suhu79 as a vehicle to process funds of illicit origin.
• Systematically exploiting bonus promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, or other strategies designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers rather than genuine gameplay.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, APIs, or underlying infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players, including harassment of support staff or other users.

All content on the suhu79 Platform — including but not limited to the suhu79 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of suhu79 or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without express prior written consent from suhu79.

suhu79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even if suhu79 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

suhu79 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your suhu79 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.
• By suhu79: suhu79 may suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• Effect of termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by suhu79 — all Bonus Balances are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned as described above. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions) shall continue in full force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to the online gaming industry. suhu79 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving the Indonesian market.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with suhu79's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

suhu79 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or email to your registered address at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause) may be made without advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
